Role Overview
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to SCRI on a wide range of legal matters pertaining to the SMO business
- Provide legal support for select enterprise and cross-functional initiatives impacting SCRI
- Partner closely with the Managing Principal Counsel for SCRI to ensure alignment on legal strategy
- Manage and develop a team of high-functioning legal professionals
- Assess legal and regulatory risks associated with SMO operations
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 10+ years of experience providing legal counsel
- Experience in healthcare clinical trials and/or clinical research operations
- Expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience in technology licensing and data management
