Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
Checking out and approving operational quality of system equipment
Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
Responsible for operational quality of system equipment
Requirements
Associate’s degree, or equivalent; with minimum of 5 years of related Semiconductor experience or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree and/or applicable certification is preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experienced with standard Microsoft Office programs
Work with integrity, is ethical and is able to inspire the trust of others
Strong analytic, business and interpersonal skills
Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to problem solving
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high tech environment
