Directly support the Construction, Preconstruction and Procurement functions and generally support the larger Development team.
Oversee & report on capital spending related to new Shack openings.
Facilitate all budget accruals and forecasting for the Construction Team by working directly with the Construction Project Managers.
Partner with representatives from Development, Design, Procurement, and IT to ensure accurate reporting, consolidate budget information and create reports for analysis.
Support the preconstruction estimating function.
Create and manage a report that tracks and records PSA and FSA budgets, costs to complete and cost comparisons.
Qualify and onboard new contractors, maintain a database that tracks active GC’s, approval status, markets, fees, etc.
Initiate and implement standardization and applicable process improvements.
Record, track and lead conversations around historical cost analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years Related Experience
Construction and/or Financial Management in a Restaurant Environment preferred
