About this role

Full accountability for the development and lifecycle management of customer-facing platforms
Establish and enforce elite engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing
Partner closely with Portfolio Governance and Business Stakeholders
Own the Application, Platform, and Technical Architecture functions
Direct the end-to-end release management lifecycle
Proactively manage the technical health of the portfolio
Drive the pragmatic adoption of emerging technologies
Champion the operational resilience of the application portfolio

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and product delivery
At least 7+ years in an executive leadership role managing large, distributed teams
Demonstrated success in scaling customer-facing digital platforms
Deep experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and API management
Proven record of leading Agile-at-scale (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
