Full accountability for the development and lifecycle management of customer-facing platforms (e.g., Terminix.com, MyAccount) and critical field-service operational applications
Establish and enforce elite engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing
Own the Application, Platform, and Technical Architecture functions
Direct the end-to-end release management lifecycle
Proactively manage the technical health of the portfolio by balancing the delivery of new features
Drive the pragmatic adoption of emerging technologies—such as Generative AI-assisted development and agentic workflows
Champion the operational resilience of the application portfolio

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and product delivery
At least 7+ years in an executive leadership role managing large, distributed teams
Deep experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and API management
Proven record of leading Agile-at-scale (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
