Support project managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or software delivery environments.
Strong hands-on experience with MS Project, including schedule creation, tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative.
PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
Experience in telecommunications, data analytics, AI, or enterprise software implementation projects is desirable.
