Requirements
You live the Databricks’ core values and instill them in the team you are leading.
You will have 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, AI spaces.
History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.
Strong Telecommunications industry experience is preferred
With this role, a proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption is critical.
