Role Overview
- Own the full portfolio of products and processes across Spotify’s Procurement ecosystem
- Set and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and success metrics
- Lead and support multiple product teams, balancing innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Finance, Platform, and Engineering teams
- Define OKRs, track progress, and communicate impact across procurement areas
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity while aligning stakeholders
- Act as both a people leader and a hands-on product leader
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- Experience working in procurement or procurement-adjacent domains
- Successfully defined and driven product strategy at scale
- Strong, empathetic leader with excellent relationship-building skills
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure
- Influence decision-making through data, storytelling, and collaboration
- High standards and readiness to roll up sleeves when needed
- Resilience, perseverance, and a strong sense of ownership
