Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements)
Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation
Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters
Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license
Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team
Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements

Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active)
3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Multiple state licenses (preferred)
Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment (preferred)
Experience training or mentoring peers (preferred)
Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms (preferred)
