Design solutions and advise internal teams on the best practices for maintaining and deploying a hybrid infrastructure to support Customer system integrations.
Troubleshoot an issue within a containerized cluster running on AWS, collaborating with engineering and customer success teams.
Work through a complex, non-standard support request involving custom Linux configurations and/or a serverless setup.
Document a set of reusable infrastructure patterns that improve efficiency and reliability across deployments.
Participate in strategy sessions to evolve our infrastructure approach for scaling interface delivery.
Understand and leverage various Identity and Management systems (Single Sign-on service provider) to provide SSO authentication to customers.
Understand and be able to implement certificates in Linux and clustered environments.

10+ years of professional experience managing and troubleshooting both Linux and Windows environments.
Experience working within containerized and clustered infrastructures
particularly in AWS
is key.
Ability to clearly communicate technical hurdles, requirements, and solutions to internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
