Role Overview
- Guide subcontractors in using the SafeContractor software
- Maintain accurate and thorough records for subcontractor files
- Clearly explain required processes and procedures
- Respond to inbound calls from subcontractors
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with subcontractors
- Actively contribute to departmental goals
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
- Attend weekly departmental meetings
- Provide technical and functional support to the R&D team
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of customer service
- Perform all tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the customer service department
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Trilingual proficiency required: fluent in French, English, and Spanish
- Relevant experience in customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HubSpot
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Patience
- Fast and efficient execution of tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
