Build deep partnerships with Growth, Marketing, Product, and other Strategic Finance teams
Develop pricing and go to market strategy for new products based on financial feasibility
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on international growth teams. You will develop and present your business leaders with the most current information, analysis, and insights to help them understand their short and long-term financial position
Develop scorecards with KPIs that tie to initiatives; partner with analytics to create Looker dashboards to track and report on progress
Manage revenue forecast and LTV models for each geographic region
Regularly build Excel / Google Sheet models from scratch that solve a problem or answer a complex business question
Recommend actions to achieve growth, retention, and new product goals
Package financial analysis into clear and concise insights for senior leaders
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 2-3 analysts on various projects
Model our Finance team values and contribute to learning and development across the team

B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting
Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and switch altitudes quickly
An ambitious self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing work environment
Nice to Have:
CFA or CPA
Experience in technology/consumer investment banking group or at a high growth start-up/company preferred but not required
Experience with online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics and lifetime value concepts is a plus
