Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains.

Review, interpret, and negotiate customer requirements/specifications and provide customer feedback.
Lead the deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
Proactively promote industry best practices.
Manage relationships with key vendors/partners.
Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems.
Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica's needs.
Create designs in line with Celestica's procedures, regulations, and customer standards.
Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations.
Solve complex problems.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
Recommend system modifications.
Create schematics, bills of materials, diagrams, and drawings.
Analyze and interpret data and information.
Create reports and documentation.
Requirements
7 to 10 years in a similar role or industry.
Expert in PCB design tools Cadence Allegro 16.x & 17.x; experience with Valor Trilogy 5000/NPI is preferred.
Possess experience in high-density PCB design (up to 28 layers) and familiar with high-speed layout design requirements.
Working knowledge of setting and complying with board and trace constraints.
Strong knowledge of PCB & PCBA manufacturing processes.
Excellent knowledge of industry and quality standards; knowledge of IPC standards is preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT platforms and database design.
Familiar with EMC & EMI layout requirements.
Able to summarize layout experience based on customer requirements.
Self-motivated and capable of completing assignments in a dynamic environment with aggressive schedules and complex design requirements.
