Lead end-to-end project management for application rationalization initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Facilitate discovery workshops, application inventory reviews, and business/technical assessments
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product owners, IT operations, and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Maintain the application rationalization decision framework and scoring criteria
Manage dependencies, change control, and communications across programs
Ensure cloud-readiness and compliance requirements are captured for modernization candidates
Drive governance and stakeholder approvals at program gates

10+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
10+ years of experience with tracking cost, schedule and/or technical performance
6+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, TFS, VersionOne, etc.)
