Role Overview
- Lead and direct event setup and teardown crew members
- Assign tasks and monitor progress during venue conversions
- Ensure proper setup of tables, chairs, barricades, staging, and equipment
- Oversee breakdown and removal of event materials
- Ensure safety standards are followed during lifting and equipment movement
- Maintain clear communication with operations supervisors
- Inspect completed setups for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure equipment is stored properly and safely
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and productivity
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
- Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guest needs
