Lead annual and quarterly financial reconciliations across PBM cost components (claims, rebates, and contractual guarantees), ensuring accuracy and alignment between internal reporting and client-facing results.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast pharmacy cost trends, monitor performance against guarantees, and identify actionable COGS optimization opportunities.
Analyze key pharmacy cost drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce overall spend.
Investigate and resolve complex financial and contract-related inquiries by performing root-cause analysis and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical, Contracting, Pricing Operations, and Client Success teams.
Support margin optimization and cost containment initiatives by evaluating program levers such as formulary strategy, utilization management, network performance, and rebate positioning.
Improve reporting infrastructure and reconciliation processes by building scalable templates, strengthening data controls, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Stay current on PBM industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging cost drivers to inform analysis and recommendations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in PBM, pharmacy finance, underwriting, pricing, or a related field with demonstrated exposure to claims, rebates, and contract performance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
SQL programming knowledge and experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret contracts and legal documents
Experience with database management systems preferred
