Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consulting, design and deliver focused sales demonstrations for State and Local Government agencies
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and partner teams
Prepare, lead, and deliver strategic technical product demonstrations
Support sales engagements through product demonstrations at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings
Analyze complex customer scenarios requiring evaluation of multiple variables
Develop and deliver advanced, customized solution prototypes and executive-level presentations
Requirements
3+ years of Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant experience in a SaaS environment and/or at least 2 years of experience with Clariti software implementations and/or at least 5 years of GovTech industry experience, preferably in community development
Experience with the Salesforce platform
Ability to align cross-functional teams around shared customer needs and objectives
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Proven client relationship management and solution-oriented customer engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening abilities
Demonstrated technical project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery
Travel is required within North America (up to 50% of the time)
