Lead products from concept through development, qualification, and launch, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment
Develop and drive technical strategy, making data‑backed decisions that balance performance, cost, quality, and schedule
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver successful outcomes
Build and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans that support long‑term business objectives
Support project execution by managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
Partner with stakeholders to communicate progress, trade‑offs, and technical considerations to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Mentor and develop engineering and cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance through KPI definition, monitoring, and continuous learning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of product development experience in semiconductor equipment or complex electromechanical systems
Strong technical background with deep understanding of system architecture and product development processes (hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, automation, FPGA)
Proven experience leading products through the full development lifecycle in a cross‑functional environment
Ability to make sound technical and business trade‑off decisions using data and risk‑based analysis
Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to product performance, reliability, uptime, and customer adoption
Strong project planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
Demonstrated ability to identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
