Role Overview
Services auto loan customers, dealerships, and financial institutions, promoting strong Customer relationships
Creates an exceptional customer experience with inbound phone inquiries
Completes a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Communicates relevant solutions pertaining to products/services, including digital banking
Participates in performance management and ongoing development activities
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of related experience in Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred
Successful completion of standard Contact Center training
Ability to meet goals and standards established by the department
Knowledge of all Company products and services
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
Experience handling confidential information preferred
Must adhere to a set schedule including weekends and holidays
Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must effectively support customers in both languages
