Lead execution of the advertising sales strategy in partnership with the EVP of Ad Sales, translating revenue goals into clear priorities and performance expectations
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across accounts, categories, and platforms
Manage, coach, and develop sellers to ensure accountability, strong KPI performance, and consistent achievement of revenue targets
Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined sales process execution
Provide senior-level guidance on complex and high-value deals, including pricing, packaging, and negotiations
Deliver regular executive reporting and revenue updates with clear visibility into performance
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Content, and Sales Operations to align inventory, campaigns, and revenue strategy
Maintain key advertiser and agency relationships while representing the company at major industry events and in the marketplace
Requirements
Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
