Role Overview
Build the most powerful compliance-driven partner ecosystem in the background screening industry
Architect and dominate strategic alliances across HCM, ATS, Payroll, PEO, GPO, Systems Integrators, National franchises, HR tech and compliance platforms
Identification, negotiation, and execution of high-value strategic partnerships
Revenue strategy across the partner channel
Integration prioritization with platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG, Ceridian, iCIMS and other major players
Scalable, repeatable integration frameworks
Partner incentive programs and co-selling motions
Executive-level alliance development
Market presence at industry events and partner conferences
Requirements
Significant experience and proven success building alliance-driven revenue machines
A track record of structuring complex, win-win partnership agreements
Deep familiarity with HR technology, SaaS ecosystems, or compliance-driven environments
Confidence in executive negotiations
