Project Manager – Pharma Agency

Role Overview

• Lead the execution of projects
• Responsible for the creation of the project plan
• Own the process from inception to completion
• Participate in budget determination and project scheduling
• Manage resources for deliverables and raise red flags as needed
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings
• Work with internal team to define program requirements
• Conduct formal internal review meetings and team status meetings
• Maintain daily communications with team members
• Ensure that issues and risks are identified and resolved
• Conduct internal copy/layout reviews and facilitate client presentations
• Manage the financial tracking process for the project
• Provide meaningful feedback to teams and analyze process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment
• Experience with timeline development and budget management required
• Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities
• Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic desire to continuously learn and innovate
• PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
• Workfront and Jira experience required
