Serve as a Customer Service Representative for the School Choice Information Hotline.
Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide technical assistance to callers.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding K-12 scholarship programs and other school choice programs in the office.
Interpret the statutes that regulate the K-12 scholarship programs for participants.
Requirements
Two years of previous part-time or full-time employment is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively including verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preference will be given to applicants who are bilingual in either Spanish or Haitian-Creole and have knowledge of laws, rules, policies and procedures relating to K-12 educational programs.
