Responsible for the Project Team for all activities assigned by MPWA-NGS to the Construction and Commissioning Department for any dedicated project.
Supports the Project by representing the Construction & Commissioning team during Kick-off and Engineering project phases.
Manages project Construction and Commissioning activities during execution, proactively addressing technical, schedule, administrative, and commercial matters.
Works closely with the EPC to ensure personnel safety, adherence to contract terms, and proper preservation of plant equipment and systems.
Identifies and mitigates potential safety, quality, and contract risks.
Attendance at kick-off project meetings to ensure all members are informed of contract requirements and deliverables.
Monitor performance of EPC and Consortium Partner, addressing productivity and labor capability concerns.
Deliver monthly progress reports and update on project milestones and KPIs including safety metrics, quality standards, resource utilization, and financial performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university;
A minimum of ten (10) years related experience and/or training in Gas or Steam Turbine EPC projects, downstream and upstream projects and/or major EPC industrial projects.
Thirty (30) hours of OSHA training/experience required.
Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 60%.
