Project Construction Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for the Project Team for all activities assigned by MPWA-NGS to the Construction and Commissioning Department for any dedicated project.
• Supports the Project by representing the Construction & Commissioning team during Kick-off and Engineering project phases.
• Manages project Construction and Commissioning activities during execution, proactively addressing technical, schedule, administrative, and commercial matters.
• Works closely with the EPC to ensure personnel safety, adherence to contract terms, and proper preservation of plant equipment and systems.
• Identifies and mitigates potential safety, quality, and contract risks.
• Attendance at kick-off project meetings to ensure all members are informed of contract requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor performance of EPC and Consortium Partner, addressing productivity and labor capability concerns.
• Deliver monthly progress reports and update on project milestones and KPIs including safety metrics, quality standards, resource utilization, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university;
• A minimum of ten (10) years related experience and/or training in Gas or Steam Turbine EPC projects, downstream and upstream projects and/or major EPC industrial projects.
• Thirty (30) hours of OSHA training/experience required.
• Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 60%.
