Lead the business development and operations in their area pertaining to Home Healthcare business including, but not limited to, respiratory and sleep apnea businesses.
Ensure area operations are in full compliance with both internal and external regulations and safety requirements.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across branches, focusing on increasing market share, enhancing profitability, and optimizing branch performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts to expand respiratory services and patient base.
Accountable for achieving the territory’s financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oxygen and Sleep businesses.
Expand the B2B sales model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other industry partners to grow the customer base and referral network.
Lead and manage a team of employees across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing staff, addressing performance, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.
5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen with a focus on financial performance.
Relationship building and B2B sales expertise.
Customer-focused with an emphasis on driving referral marketing.
Experience in a role that has financial accountability and managing P&L.
Valid Driver’s License.
