Oversees the design, development, and implementation of IT departmental and company processes.
Develops and implements process strategies to reduce costs and create increased productivity and efficiency.
Collaborates with key IT and business leaders to build efficient and sustainable processes.
Engages key business stakeholders to identify business process efficiency opportunities.
Utilizes a toolbox of process improvement and engineering deliverables.
Works with business and IT executives to help describe and understand process impacts and interconnectivity.
Researches emerging technology trends that impact process optimization.
Provides internal stakeholders with process flow diagrams and other documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred.
Four or more years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for overseeing and executing a wide range of process improvements and new process design efforts
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
Strong organizational and talent development skills.
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with teams and customers, especially at the Executive-sponsor level
