Lead and deliver the PLM transformation program to contractual commitments, overseeing scope, schedule, financials, dependencies, and overall engagement health
Run program governance—including steering committees, cadence reviews, executive reporting, and formal change control—to ensure transparent, predictable delivery
Manage and guide cross-functional workstreams across process design, solution configuration, systems integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption
Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for client executives, driving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders
Oversee Teamcenter solution delivery, ensuring architecture, integrations, change management, access management, and product data structures align with enterprise digital objectives
Direct end-to-end data migration strategy, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
Ensure compliance, security, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
10+ years of experience delivering PLM programs, with at least 5+ years in engagement, program, or delivery management leadership roles
Demonstrated experience delivering PLM transformations, including architecture, configuration, integrations, data migration, and enterprise-wide rollout
Strong knowledge of PLM processes such as product data management, change control, access management, classifications, release workflows, and cross-functional collaboration workflows
Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and facilitate decision-making in fast-moving environments
Deep understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies including waterfall, hybrid, and agile frameworks, along with strong financial management and forecasting capabilities
Background in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Manufacturing is preferred, with familiarity around regulatory, compliance, and secure data requirements
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred and will be considered a strong plus.
