Monitoring and controlling access into any Broadridge facility or sensitive/critical area
Ensuring the safety of assigned Associates and guests
Responsible for the general administration of the Security Console Room
Investigate incidents and notify proper organizational representatives
Responsible for maintaining all security documentation and acting as a training officer
Supervises staff in performance of work and guides in resolving problems
Conducts performance evaluations for assigned staff
Makes periodic inspections of assigned facilities and personnel
Draft policies and procedures for upper management review

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three years of experience in the security field preferred
Able to work Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM
10:00 PM, and Thursday and Friday 2:00 PM
10:00 PM
Ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner
Must be able to write in an effective, clear, and concise manner
Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required
Ability to use personal computer including intermediate level of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS TEAMS is required
CPR qualified preferred
Must be able to travel and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
