Lead all logistics engineering activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of contract requirements, providing mentorship, training, and technical oversight
Develop, review, and deliver logistics analysis reports and CDRLs/ADRLs in accordance with PWS requirements
Develop, update, and maintain logistics processes, procedures, and standard work to ensure compliance with program and corporate policies
Direct full-spectrum Lifecycle Logistics and sustainment activities supporting Agile hardware/software development environments
Manage the development and maintenance of Logistics Product Data (LPD) and Logistics Management Information (LMI) within ILS databases
Lead provisioning and sparing analysis using logistics modeling tools and quantitative sustainment metrics
Manage repair-cycle logistics for on-equipment, off-equipment, and spares; oversee material receipt, storage, tracking, and documentation through all repair phases; this includes overseeing calibration requirements and tracking for support/test equipment
Lead efforts supporting technical order development, engineering drawings, Bill of Material (BOM) validation, and support Remanence Security (REMSEC) assessments and compliance
Lead Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) analysis for all system components
Provide comprehensive supply support including material research, procurement, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and warranty tracking
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS)
Requirements
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Prior experience in leading or managing contractor logistics support for complex DoD systems in development or sustainment
Capable of producing and presenting technical documentation, reports, and briefings to internal teams, customers, and program leadership
Expertise in DMSMS management, lifecycle cost modeling, and sustainment planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and logistics data management tools
Understanding of acquisition lifecycle processes, product development, and sustainment planning under DoD 5000-series frameworks
Familiarity with engineering drawing standards (ASME Y14.100), technical order development, and configuration control practices
Working knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) analysis methodologies
Experience applying ITAR/EAR compliance, export control policies, and maintenance contract management for warranty repairs
Background in electronics systems maintenance and support equipment operations preferred.
