About this role
Role Overview
Handle inbound interactions for major brands
Assist customers with questions, service requests, and account needs
Deliver high-quality customer care while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and brand alignment
Use guided systems and resources to fulfill service requests
Must complete a multi-step onboarding process before servicing begins
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools
Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules
Preferred: Prior call center or customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
