Requirements
High School completion or equivalent GED
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Solution oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
