Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are executed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
Lead and provide oversight of ICT Design for ISP and OSP infrastructure.
OSP design and management, including: planning, cost estimating, detailed and/or routine design, permitting, contractor identification and outreach, engineering reviews, construction management.
Propose solutions to solve new and/or complex problems encountered.
Flexibility with regards to working schedule surges, travel, and supporting multiple projects/designers.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in a Technology or related field from an accredited college/university + 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
8+ years of design experience with ICT infrastructure.
Experience in Project Management.
Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) – BICSI.
Outside Plant Specialist (OSP) – BICSI.
ICT and Network hardware and systems proficiency.
Professional experience and/or proficiency in various software products, including but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), ArcGIS, ArcGIS Survey123, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, and other ICT Specific Programs.
Demonstrated experience in managing Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) in accordance with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) 38-22 Standard Guideline for Investigating and Documenting Existing Utilities
or international equivalent.
Develop accurate plan and profile drawings and utility conflict matrices.
Identify constructability risks and provide field-based recommendations to reduce design liability.
Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes for telecom projects.
Previous work with international telecom projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
