Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives in line with overall business objectives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing and product marketing.
Setting revenue targets and analyzing data to figure out what changes need to be made in order to attain these targets.
Performing quality control in terms of consistent brand messaging and customer communications.
Seeking out new relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers and nurturing existing relationships.
Keeping a close eye on marketing budgets to limit expenses.
Creating and leading a successful team while nurturing a culture that reflects and enhances company values.
Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness, as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
Providing strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success.
Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably within a SaaS-oriented marketing operation or marketing agency.
A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset.
Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.
Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly.
Must be detail-oriented and creative and have a passion for helping partners and Team Members achieve their goals.
Ability to analyze data and information to make key decisions that lead to continuous wins
Strong in audience and marketing research
Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality.
As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
