Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the account, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Pharma, MedTech, and R&D verticals.
Lead strategic planning and governance discussions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams including SAP, GenAI, RPA, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and proactive risk mitigation.
Lead solutioning and proposal development for new opportunities, including RFP responses and SOW negotiations.
Work closely with offshore delivery leads, practice heads, and domain experts to ensure seamless execution.
Identify growth opportunities within the account and convert them into billable engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Healthcare Domain Knowledge, or related field.
15+ years in IT delivery and account management, with at least 5 years in onsite leadership roles.
Strong background in Healthcare or Pharma, including regulatory compliance, clinical systems, and patient engagement platforms.
PMP, SAFE, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Prior experience managing large healthcare accounts.
Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, and Data Science initiatives in healthcare.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, proposal development, and client presentations.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA.
