Role Overview
- Support the administration of company health and welfare plans
- Ensure all benefit programs comply with federal and state regulations
- Administer 401(k) and pension plans in compliance with plan documents
- Reconcile plan assets and contributions; support plan audits
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding benefit inquiries
- Assist in preparation of reports related to benefit plans
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal partners and vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with employee benefits
- Strong foundational understanding of 401(k) and retirement program administration
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing environment
- Intermediate level expertise in Google Tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Fidelity Plan Sponsor Workstation preferred
