Support the team in conducting trust/custody due diligence searches
Perform service and fee benchmarking studies
Provide transition management support
Research digital assets
Offer consulting services to both retainer and non-retainer clients, solely on a project basis
Help clients achieve Operational Alpha—efficiencies derived from enhanced investment structures, operational processes, and cost savings
Manage projects alongside members of the Implementation Solutions Group as responsibilities increase
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, economics, or a related discipline (we are also open to those with differing backgrounds and a strong interest in financial markets)
3-5 years of experience required, particularly in the investment industry
Ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams in a collegial fashion
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
Demonstrated ability to receive and integrate feedback
Effective and professional communication, presentation, and writing skills, and the desire to continually learn and develop over time
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Build and maintain relationships internally and externally
Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with data analytics and artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
