Manage and direct training staff in alignment with company policies to achieve divisional and departmental goals.
Develop employees through training, cross-training, coaching, and ongoing education.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technical trainers to ensure training meets quality, safety, and field service requirements.
Organize, formalize, and maintain cohesive training programs for MEPPI service technicians, ASP technicians, customer personnel, and sales channel partners.
Continuously evaluate technical, process, and organizational changes for training impact and update programs accordingly.
Oversee the planning and delivery of group training sessions in both classroom and factory settings.
Prepare and maintain documentation outlining division-wide training requirements, including product-related and job-related onboarding training.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience educating or training technical personnel, or equivalent education and experience.
Intermediate knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, drawings, and specifications.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and group presentation abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management/Quality Systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A passion for developing people and building high-quality, scalable training programs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time as required.
