Assists in the capture and is responsible for successful planning, execution and closeout of government/DOD programs
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
Aids in the negotiation of contracts, subcontracts and contractual changes
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
Develops solutions to program problems
Directs work of the team assigned to programs from various departments
Acts as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
Responsible for managing customer relationships for the program, including developing new business and coordinating preparations of proposals.

BS in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent degree strongly preferred
MBA, PMP or DAU Certification preferred
At least 10 years of relevant DoD Program Management experience (preferably in CBRN/E field)
Average program/project size managed during professional career should be $20 -$100M with a staff size in excess of 20 individuals
Knowledge of all aspects of the Program/Project life cycle from proposal development through closeout
Able and willing to travel approximately 25%
Eligible to obtain DoD SECRET security clearance (existing clearance preferred)
Must have the ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
