Traffic Control Data Analyst Assistant

Role Overview

• Perform standard traffic engineering field studies such as queuing studies, delay studies, travel times runs, volume counts
• Investigate complaints about traffic signal timing
• Assist with the maintenance of the traffic engineering data base used by the Integrated Traffic System of the City of Ottawa

Requirements

• Post-secondary Student
• completion of second year college or university in any field of study
• Less than 4 months of related experience is required
• Valid Ontario unrestricted G class driver’s licence (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerit points accumulated
