Lead strategic initiatives and special projects in support of the City's ten-year strategic plan for housing and homelessness.
Work closely with housing and homelessness services and other City departments.
Ensure the integration, engagement, and alignment of services and programs.
Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of new housing and homelessness programs.
Initiate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
Requirements
Three-year undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Bachelor of Arts, Social Work, Sociology, or Criminology).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in homelessness services, housing support, or social services, directly related to the establishment or delivery of social services and including direct experience in the planning, design, implementation, funding, and evaluation of programs serving vulnerable and low-income populations.
