About this role

Own and lead end-to-end change management strategy for major programs
Advise program and business leaders on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies
Design integrated communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement approaches
Coach project teams and leaders in applying Ryder’s change methodology
Assess organizational change saturation and recommend sequencing or mitigation actions
Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to drive sustained outcomes
Contribute thought leadership to the evolution of Ryder’s change practices

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, HR, organizational development, or related field
7 years or more in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint Expert
Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! Intermediate
Workday & ServiceNow familiarity a plus Intermediate
