Serve as a key contributor within Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team
Drive comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels
Support and contribute to learning solutions spanning New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development
Develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact and facilitate the adoption of learning programs
Work closely with US Sales Leaders and business partners to accelerate knowledge
Partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm
Requirements
3+ years of coaching, L&D, or performance management experience ideally in financial services
Series 7
5+ years of coaching, L&D, or performance management experience ideally in financial services preferred
Sales background or sales effectiveness/enablement experience preferred
Supervision or management experience preferred
Proven success in facilitation and delivery of training and assessment programs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to audiences of 100+
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with diverse stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple business areas
Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
