Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketing technology, promotions, retention platforms, or customer-centric digital products
Proven experience building and scaling platform capabilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Deep understanding of promotional and retention strategy, customer behavior, and omnichannel engagement
Strong analytical and experimentation expertise, with experience applying performance data and machine learning concepts to drive automated, scalable solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments while balancing long-term strategy with near-term impact
Strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
