facilitate effective decision making
provide data support and analysis to help define strategy and tactics to meet portfolio goals
partner with leadership and product managers
produce visuals to communicate options and recommendations to decision makers
deliver KPIs & standard reporting to Senior Bank leadership
ownership over ad-hoc analysis/insights needed to grow Huntington’s Digital reach
identify and lead opportunities to standardize across business lines and improve coding practices and analytical techniques

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services (preferred)
Strong knowledge and working experience in database querying with SQL
Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such as R or Python
Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audience to guide business decision-making
Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.) (preferred)
Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics and text mining techniques
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau
Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Athena
Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
