Role Overview
- Develop multifunctional project/program charters with key stakeholder alignment
- Develop project/program governance across Scope, Schedule, Budget
- Identify and obtain resources needed, create detailed work plans, and timelines
- Integrate program efforts and manage risk mitigation and escalation
- Responsible for closing project/program and developing lessons learned
- Lead development and implementation of best practices for the Enterprise Program Management Office
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs and projects
- Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain (nice to haves)
- PMP Certification (nice to haves)
- Technical mastery in project management
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence
- Possess business and financial acumen
- Experience in the food industry (nice to haves)
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain (Make, Plan, Source, Deliver, Return)
- Experience managing large and complex cross-functional teams
