Utilize SQL, SAS, or other coding languages to extract data for monthly reporting, business cases, ad hoc analyses, and data research support.
Modify existing code and develop original processes to meet evolving data needs.
Present data effectively using Tableau, Excel, and SQL, ensuring optimal performance with large datasets.
Collaborate with other data analysts and modelers in Finance and other departments, educating peers and making recommendations for data field inclusions.
Create dynamic financial modeling for business cases.
Look to streamline processes and improve scalability while implementing adequate controls and validation measures.
Requirements
Proficient financial analytical skills like accounting, excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar coding languages.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel.
Problem-solving skills to break down complex coding issues and gaps.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Communication skills to explain ideas or work methods clearly, ask and answer questions productively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
University / college degree, OR a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
