About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the design, automation, and optimization of executive‑level dashboards and reporting, primarily using Tableau, to support senior technology leaders.
- Drive complex data analyses across multiple domains—including technology risk, cybersecurity, fraud, and program/project performance—to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Build and manage advanced data models and pipelines using SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can support decision‑making or mitigate risk.
- Own end‑to‑end analytics solutions, from scoping and requirement gathering to delivery and ongoing enhancements.
- Translate highly technical or ambiguous data into clear narratives, executive summaries, and visually compelling dashboards.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices, improving analytic rigor, data quality, and visualization standards across the organization.
- Stay current on emerging analytics tools, automation techniques, and visualization capabilities, bringing forward new ideas and innovations.
- Apply strong judgment, attention to detail, and a consultative mindset when framing insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau with the ability to build sophisticated, intuitive dashboards for executive audiences.
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation, data modeling, analytics automation, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous analytical requests independently with minimal direction.
- Strong ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights and compelling stories tailored to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, self-driven work style.
- Experience leading or mentoring others, formally or informally.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
