Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and measures for the manufacturing of satellite systems.
Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
Lead or collaborate on quality investigations such as MRB, CAPA, and root-cause investigations.
Analyze test results, identify trends in performance data, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
Review supplier and vendor quality standards and performance, conducting audits as necessary.
Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is accurate and maintained according to industry and regulatory standards.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in the quality assurance process.
Requirements
Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
Proficient in the use of QA tools, software for data analysis, and statistical quality control techniques.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate detailed specifications and technical documents.
Education: A High School Diploma, Quality Assurance Certification, or a related field. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the aerospace, satellite, or high-technology manufacturing sector.
