About this role
Role Overview
Set appointments with national and large regional commercial accounts.
Present commercial electronic security products and services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with multi‑site and national clients.
Develop strategic account plans for national and regional markets.
Work collaboratively with internal design and engineering teams to develop client solutions.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Represent Securitas Technology professionally in client-facing engagements.
Navigate high-pressure, demanding client situations with professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales of commercial electronic security solutions.
Must have electronic security sales background, including experience selling intrusion alarm, access control, and fire systems.
Prior success attaining or exceeding high sales quotas.
Successful and proven cold calling, networking, and lead generation experience.
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement service and account outsourcing strategies.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding client workloads.
Must live near a major airport and be willing to travel extensively across the East Coast.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to integrate into a seasoned team and communicate frequently and effectively.
