AVP, People Systems Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee the delivery, prioritization, and optimization of the People Systems portfolio—primarily centered on Workday.
• Manage the enterprise People Systems backlogs and oversee a team of administrative focused resources.
• Partner with functional system leads to ensure proper sequencing, resourcing, and change management.
• Act as a primary liaison between People Systems and business partners to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related portfolio/program management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (multiple modules preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports or project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
